Liz and baby are 17 weeks today! We were just talking yesterday that it seems like she has been pregnant for SO much longer than that. Don’t get me wrong, I’m SO thankful to have made it to 17 weeks, but I’m ready for these weeks to start flying on by a little bit! When you’ve been in our shoes, I guess, and have been to the doctor for months prior to getting pregnant and then for 9 weeks straight after getting pregnant, counting every day, ever week – that does tend to drag things out a little bit! We got back to the doctor in just under two weeks now – September 21st, where we’ll have our level II ultrasound and will find out what we’re having! I think for some reason that will make it even more real – I mean, it’s real now because we’ve seen the baby move, we’ve heard a heartbeat, but right now the baby is “it” in one sentence, “they”, “he”, “she” – it’s like we’re in limbo! We go and look and baby stuff and like so much of what we see but we don’t know what to get because some is too boy-ish and some is too girly! And don’t even get me started on names! We think we have them narrowed down – still working on middle names – maybe I’ll post them and get some feedback on them!
